Refund & Return Policy

At Note House, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, due to the personalized and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. Once an order enters the "production" stage, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Used items, sale items, seasonal items, or gift cards.
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@notehouseshop.com to initiate a return or report an issue.
  2. Approval Process: If approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
    • Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Note House does not provide return shipping labels.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement if appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
